Return & Refund Policy

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

• The product is defective or damaged on arrival
• You received the wrong item
• The issue is reported within 3 days of delivery

2. Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused and in original condition
• Original packaging, accessories, and invoice must be included
• Products that show physical damage, misuse, or tampering will not be accepted

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Software, digital licenses, and downloads
• Custom-built or assembled computer systems (unless faulty on arrival)
• Consumables (e.g., inks, toners, batteries once used)
• Clearance or discounted sale items (unless defective)

4. Refund Policy

• Refunds will only be issued after inspection and approval
• Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days
• Refunds will be made via the original payment method
• For online payments, refunds will be credited back to the original credit/debit card or payment method used during the transaction.
• Delivery charges are non-refundable

5. Replacement Policy

If the item is defective, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund, subject to stock availability.

6. Warranty Claims

• Warranty-covered products must be handled according to the manufacturer's warranty terms
• Physical damage or improper use voids warranty coverage
